So yesterday was the first time I ever sucked up my fear and went out and prayed for someone. My next door neighbor son is considered brain dead and so I went over there scared but strong to pray for him. I did not no the family, the friends, or even him. What I did know is that they are my neighbors and God loves them. If you know me you know I get scared when I pray aloud because I will stutter or I will get off track. But this time I did ok and I believe the holy spirit led me there to do this to over come my fear and to show love to my neighbor. I did not know if they even believed in Jesus or even wanted us to pray for him. When I had opened my eyes and looked up there where a group of people praying with me and it really felt good to now that I was not alone on this prayer. God also used a friend of mine Michael to get us there to pray for him. If he was not there we might not have made it to the room to pray for him and his family. I really was happy to be able to do this and share my love for God with others.
So I ask all who read this short blog to do the same and trust God will be there for you. Please pray for this family to be ok through all of this and for his son to grow up and be strong in the lord.

how come
Have you ever felt lost and different then everyone else? Do you ever feel like others do not like you because you are different. We all do at some point, we want to fit in and feel like we are important and LOVED by others. As I look at others around me, I see something I am missing. I want it all.... friends, family, and to be the best daughter, wife, friend, mother, and all around person I can be. But I hide behind a wall of shame, fear, and doubt. I cannot overcome this by myself and I have to give it all to God. But yet I still see something I want, that I am missing. So I ask God please take away this burden and help me to become a child you are proud of, that you can say That is My daughter. I do not want to do the wrong thing in your eyes. I know I am not perfect and I will never be, however I want to feel like I am important in your eyes to know you have chosen me and for something other then just living and surviving.
How come when you speak about God people are scared and turn away. There is nothing wrong with believing in God, yet people will become so irradiated and irrational when He is brought up. So my question is WHY?? Is it because people do not understand who He is, are they afraid. As a mother my child does things that really upset me, which she knows is wrong, yet does it anyhow. Why?? She knows I will yell at her and she will suffer the consequences of her actions. However, as a mother I should understand that she is learning and I should not get mad and through a fit at her. She has the freewill to make them mistakes and do the things I told her not to, because It affects her or others in someway that is not far, or can hurt them in the long run. I cannot live my daughter's life for her and she has to learn on her own and feel pain in sadness. Now I do not want her to feel this in anyway but she has to learn on her own, Love is something you feel and can only be done by your free will. A person can not feel a love so strong they would die for. For example: A bum on the street who he/she has never met, or a child offender that has been in and out of prison for years. Yet if you took the time to know that person inside or knew that person on a different scale/or time things would be different.
Here is another one Big Brother (government) is something people are always talking about. Example: big brother is always watching us, yet they let come after us good people and let the bad run free. People feel the same way about God. God is always hurting the good people and the bad have it all. This is not true because God has called us to be with him on His side and when we choose to do our own thing then He will let us do our own thing. But when we choose to be with Him and take the time to know Him then our lives and the way we see life will change.
I challenge all who read this take the time and get to know God. If you do not know where to start or are afraid of doing it on your own I will love “LOVE” to help and learn with you or even find someone who could.

Daddy is Always There
So as I read up on the restorations in the Old Testament, I realize how hard life was for them spiritually. When we let our fleshly ways get in between God and us we fail and cannot completely live in full happiness. God will only fill us when we are willing to become spiritual beings. When the Jews where building the Temple and the gentiles where teasing and bewildering them, they just wanted to give up and give into what they were teasing them about. So at one point they did and then God was upset because they went onto their lives leaving God out and not doing what was part of their promise. God needed them to fulfill the promise he had given Abraham on down the line to David. He used people to fulfill his promise and so they can be a part of it and understand it. God wants to include us into everything he does. When we are not completely willing and able to give up our fleshly understanding and ways and just trust Him. We will never become spiritual beings that will sit at His throne and feel true love and happiness. To be a child again and let all worries go and just trust our father would be perfect. But just as children have to learn and grow so do we.
God wants us to have everything and have a relationship with us. But it is all up to us whether we want to or not have one with Him. He is teaching us just as we have to teach our children. We are children who do not understand. We do not always want to do what our daddy tells us because it seems pointless and boring. But he will reveal the answer to us in time. Our first step is to just trust him and listen.
All People do this and act this way.
A child goes to grab a bumble bee
Daddy says NO!
Child asks “why?”
Daddy says “it will hurt you”
Child walks away not fully understand how something so small could hurt them. Child notice the bumble bee again and looks around and no daddy. But remembers daddy said NO. So the child figures well I will be careful. Child “ouch!!!” Then the child takes off crying to daddy.
Daddy says “ I told you not to touch that bumble bee”
Child thinks “how did he know?”
Daddy takes child into the house and tells him “he has to take the stinger out and it will burn.” Child trust daddy because he was right the first time why wouldn’t he be this time also?
BUT sometimes that child will forget or try new ways to get that bumble bee and each time failing at it. Never really understanding why he cannot catch him and play with him without getting stung. Each time the child runs to daddy to get the stinger out daddy takes the stinger out.
God always hears our cries’ and when we repent and ask forgiveness he keeps forgiven us and taking us in and healing us just as the daddy did with the child. He knows what we did, but He can’t and won’t just lock us up forever. Learning to trust what he says is our job. He will reveal it to us in the end.

friendship
So as I lay in bed I started to think about some of my friends. Wow friends that really a hard thing for me to say. I have this thing when I get very attached to my friends. When they start to become real good friends I become scared to let them in. I am afraid they will hurt me or find out I am a pain in the BUTT!! I don’t want that. I have an amazing husband and amazing children. God has given me everything I have ever wanted accept one thing. Friends that I know I can fully go to and that will come to me. A friend that will stick closer than a brother. Yeah, I have had friends who we where once like that, but we are not like that today for whatever reason. As I laid there I thought about dreams I had growing up where I would be married have children and I had friends who I would share this amazing life with. Then this dream would fade away and I thought I would never see it come to take place. But I have almost everything I have ever dreamed of having and accept the true friendship part.
Then I started to pray for a friend I really care for and then another who I care just as much for. Stirring emotion in me, making me sick and wanting to cry. Is this from u God I ask? I am scared and yet I want this friendship to work and don’t want to screw it up by acting a fool or something. What do u do in this situation? I also realized there are a couple other friendships that I feel could be good ones also. But they are just not ready yet. Hard to explain what I mean but I can just feel it. I’ve tried tons of times b4 to force a friendship and it just fails hard..
If you feel this is about u then maybe it is. Call up the person you feel a connect to or send them a txt msg.. Listen to what ur heart says b/c that is of God. Listen to Him.
You are!! They are!! I love when God talks to you. He just told me the answer. Now will I be too scared to do anything about it. Faith!! I know I am rambling but I’m sure nobody reads my blogs so I’m good.
God Please be with me as with all others who may be reading this blog. We are humans made in your image and want a strong lasting relationship with others as well with you. You are an amazing father who has done amazing things in my life and I just want to thank you for everything you have done for me. Amen

sun/moon/earth
Sun / moon / earth
The sun is bright with light
The moon is dark
Earth is both dark and light
The earth receives light straight from the sun
The sun sends light upon the moon giving the moon light
The moon gives earth light at night
The earth receives light throughout the day.
The sun sends light to the moon so the earth can still have light even when the sun is not in site the earth still receives its reflections.

my mother
So I started talking to my mother again and I let her have my new number. This should be interesting hopefully for the better. I will always give my mother a chance giving up on her completely is not an option. I just hope this time she gets it. I love talking to my mother just not when she has something in her system that makes her act like a fool. My mother is a great person and I love her very much I just hope she will stay sober. She just doesn’t remember what she does when she drinks and how she acts.
Rachelle called her the other day and was so excited. When she got off the phone she said “ I am so Glad I got to talk to my grandma I love her.” Rachelle can go without talking to her and have such a connection with her. I loved listing to their conversation she understands Rachelle and Rachelle loves talking to her.
It’s hard the only person I can talk to is my husband. I don’t have real close friends that want to hear me ramble on & on about my kids. My children and my husband are all I have and I don’t do anything else in my life that doesn’t include them. This I must say gets to be pretty hard when u r trying to make friends. That is the reason I need my mom she is the only person I can talk about my life without guilt.

TODAY I CHALLENGE YOU !!! To ask Why and How and What and Who.
Just a thought.. When building a house you lay a foundation, when a child ur parents and friends and family also contribute to your foundation. By the time u are 18-21 ur foundations is built. You are either looking for a House or building one. Now say you are building a house on that foundation. But your house is falling or is a little off. Now if your house is not built upon a strong foundation then u will have problems the rest of life in that house.
So today is the time for you to restore your foundation and go back to square one. Level it out and ask for help b/c missing the basic steps will hurt you. If u have ever done any masonry work you know there are many things that can go wrong if u hurry. Things like sinking, crack, and bubbles all kinds of things. Take your time even things out ask for help. Once that foundation is solid then you can build your house.
Without the foundation there would be no house to build on.
REMEMBER: Jesus is our foundation without him our house will not last. It will not hold. He is our strength and our foundation is built on Him. When we have Him our house will be well lived inn.
Foundation is something that we need to go back 2. Check for cracks and sinking. We need to go back to square one. If we do not, we will sink or find weeds and it can cause more damage and more hardships. This is what we do not want. We think about it and then we think well I already know this and that is for beginners and I don’t need to go back. But we do we all need to review and check for gaps and spaces and things that do not belong. One bad thing can turn into a big mess. WHY? Because it will keep growing and you will not realize it because u are adding more and more into ur life and not checking on the foundation first.

coming together
Why is that we can come together to drink and party. We can get in heated conversations about politics, sports, and other people around us. Yet we cannot come together and share our faith, our lives with each other. The bible study at my house on Tues nights is not just a bible study it’s a way for us to live our lives and fellowship with each other. It is a way for us to come together and share. One day we may have a bible study class, the next we may just fellowship.
Jesus I’m sure, taught and listen. We tend to be so busy, so caught up in our own lives that we forget to come together and share our faith, our love with each other. Some of us look at others and say “if they need someone to talk to they know I’m here” “They just need to ask” How do they know how to ask? How do they get to even know you? We are family and God is our father. So families come together and talk, some might talk, others listen? One may talk about child and others may comment about it. Then another might say how they feel yet they might disagree. They may fight but they get over it and still love each other. This is a way for all of us to learn from one another, for us to voice our opinions and yet not be afraid of the outcome. We should be able to come together and talk, ask questions and not be afraid and be comfortable with each other.
For the bible study I may pick a topic that we will be studying on and I may start and you may finish. Let the Holy Spirit Guide us and in all of us not just the teacher.
The simplest things we tend to overlook.

Knowing the book, or knowing the Lord??
So I just started this book “There Were Two Trees in the Garden” by Rick Joyner and I came across something that jumped out at me. “Knowing the book of the Lord is not our goal; our goal is to know the Lord of the book.” Wow I really love this, I have notice to many people who call themselves Christians, and men or women of God, and they can quote all day everyday scriptures from the bible. Yet the lives they live don’t look like they know or follow Christ.
If you are in leadership you prob. know the bible very well and you tend to judge people by what the bible says is right. But I ask you, how right are you? I’ve heard people judging others and telling them they are going to Hell? I’ve heard people turn away from others and talk behind their backs? Where does it say you make the final judgment? Now it does talk about us judging others by their fruit. So if a person does something wrong, we as Christians should tell them and talk to them about it. Right? Here’s another thing if you disagree with someone and feel they should do something differently or add to something you as a Christian have the right to talk to them. If they are a Christian and are following Christ they will not take an offense to it. If they do there are steps to follow to correct that, or Christ will have to handle that person at a later time. Before we look at anyone else we should first check our own fruit. Anyone can tell you how to live, anyone can talk a good talk. But only a true person of God, can Live by Christ and live for Christ. Just saying?

True Love
In society, we look at the mentally challenged and ask “Why?” We ask God why we would let them live, and why will he not rid the world of them. People tend to find it hard to love them and to care for them. We tend to throw them off to the side, shun them, put them in homes for the handicapped, and talk harsh to them or about them.
The point is that God made us in his own image. They are more like him than we are to him. You may be asking “How is this possible?” Well they are shunned, accused of being dumb and un-controlling, not following rules and always need someone to be with them. God wants us to be with him. God wants us to love him, care for one another, show love to one another, to fellowship and live with each other. This is exactly how life skilled are living their lives.
I remember when I used to take care of mentally challenged kids and the love they showed me. I would walk in to the room, and they would get so excited. They would meet me at the door, hug me, kiss me, and tell me how much they have missed me. Then they would drag me into the room and show me everything they have been doing and tell me everything that is to come in their lives. I would get their life story. I never had to tell them where I had been, what I did, and why I had not seen them in days. They did not care if I was a bad person or a good one. They just assumed I was good and they would show me love and kindness and would welcome me with open arms.
How many of us would do that for our neighbor? I’m sure most of us would not care to do that, or maybe we are just scared to open up. We need to just remember that God is waiting at the door for us. Waiting with open arms, and does not care what we did, he just wants to share his life with us and love us.
Remember
Romans 13:10 Love does no wrong to a neighbor. Love, therefore is the fulfillment of the law.
Romans 8:7 For those whose lives are according to the flesh think about things of the flesh, but those whose lives are according to the Spirit, about the things of the spirit

He will always love us
I just finished reading Acts and God reveled something to me. Now that I am teaching Bible study my passion for the Lord has grown and I want to grow more and more. Now early this year I had passion, and I just didn’t know what to do or how to grow. But God revealed things to me and pointed me in the right direction. So I reached and crawled until I got a taste of what I needed and then I wanted more and more. I just couldn’t get enough of Him and still I have not filled my taste. But one thing I have realized by reading Acts is that no matter where we are in our lives God can just intervene. When he is in your life there is nothing you cannot do.
Saul became Paul and became a believer of Christ and a man of great wisdom and knowledge. Now he was a man who killed and destroyed many families because of his belief. But he was forgiven and Jesus used him to show us that we are all loved. No matter what we have done in the past, if we believe in Him and Love Him we are forgiven. God used Paul to share the Gospel to the people who didn’t know Jesus and didn’t believe they could be accepted. No other God accepts everyone and no other god was willing to die for us and to take our sins upon himself. No other God is willing to share his kingdom. No other god!! We are here on this earth to worship God to love and share our lives with one another. We all want more, we all want to be loved, forgiven, and just been in a relationship of some sort with someone. But when it comes time to share love, forgive others, and to be in a relationship we run scared. It’s either too much work, or we just feel someone should show us first, or do to us first.
Does God have to really speak to us how he spoke to Paul? We need to listen and just believe in the beginning instead of wasting time. He may be talking to us and we just block him out. We need to start with faith in Jesus and trust Him. Just as Parents protect their young God will protect us, because he is our father and wants us to fellowship w/ him and love one another. Just as we can’t protect and hide our children from making their own decisions, God will protect and hide us from every little thing. He gave us free will and wants us to learn from living. He wants us to choose Him because we trust and love him; not because we feel we have to.
